Florida Certified Sign Erectors, LLC is seeking skilled and safety-minded Sign Installers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and installing a wide variety of commercial signage—ranging from channel letters and illuminated monument signs to large-scale pylon signs.

FCSE complies with strict structural wind-load requirements, precise engineering plans, and impeccable safety standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, operating heavy machinery, and representing our brand with professionalism on every job site.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial sign installation, structural rigging, or a related trade (construction, electrical, or roofing) preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and wiring diagrams. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and welding is highly valued.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights exceeding 50 feet in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Certifications & Licenses:
    • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL Class A or B is a massive plus).
    • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
    • Crane operator or rigging certification is highly desirable.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, sharp attention to structural detail, and a team-player attitude.
