One morning I was sitting in a meeting discussing a bank conversion. Generally, when a bank changes ownership, a lot of moving parts get set into motion. Luckily for our customers, our experience in the bank conversion world is vast.
- FCSE has been firmly established for 20 years. Having been in in the industry since 1998, I still consider myself the “newbie” to the industry around here. Both our in-house PM and field teams have decades of experience that include working both on the national manufacturing side and the local installation side.
- With 10-12 installation crews and 2 service crews, we are capable of (and experienced in) multi-location conversions that have tight time frames. We completed a 126-location conversion in the greater Miami area in 2024. We have participated in multiple conversion over the past 2 decades. We actually participated in the 2011-2012 PNC conversion. We also have stored all records from all sites we have been to over the past 20 years.
- FCSE not only has electric sign licenses but also GC licensing across the southeast. A GC’s license is required to install canopies/ awnings in Florida!
- FCSE has 3 full time inhouse permit expeditors who are very experienced is most jurisdictions in the southeast… even the Miami market. They are committed to obtaining permits and finaling them upon completion.
- FCSE is able to produce googlemaps/ GIS site plans which will satisfy the requirements of most Authority Having Jurisdictions (certainly not all however).
- FCSE is able to survey sites and advise on which installation method best suits each site.
- FCSE can work directly with the engineer to procure a permittable Sealed Engineered Drawings then send to production.
